UV-PRINTING

UV printing, also known as UV curing printing, is a printing process that utilizes UV light to instantly cure or dry ink. It uses specialized printers, inks, and UV light technology to create high-quality prints on various materials. UV printing offers several advantages over traditional printing methods.
UV printing offers various benefits. First, it produces prints with exceptional color accuracy, sharpness, and detail, thanks to UV printers’ precise control and fine dot placement. The instant curing of UV ink ensures minimal dot gain, allowing for crisp and highly defined images. Second, UV printing is versatile and compatible with many materials, including paper, cardboard, plastics, glass, metal, and even textiles. It can handle both flexible and rigid substrates, expanding the possibilities for printing on various products. Another advantage of UV printing is its environmental friendliness. UV-cured inks do not contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs) often found in traditional solvent-based inks. UV inks are also free from harmful odors and emissions, making UV printing a greener option in the printing industry.

LASER ENGRAVING

We design and production of individual solutions for corporate notebooks and diaries. Laser engraving is the most popular laser marking technology in product identification and traceability. It involves using a laser marking machine to make permanent markings on different materials. Laser engraving technology is highly accurate. The process involves using a laser marking machine which we will call a laser engraving machine, to vaporize specific areas on almost any material. Consequently, it forms permanent markings with higher contrast than the unmarked regions on the part or product. The process is suitable for marking logos, barcodes, serial numbers, and QR codes on parts. Alongside laser etching, annealing, ablation, and other laser marking technologies, the process forms a set of highly reliable processes in traceability, identification, and product decoration.
